To make an appointment 

1.    We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and will not be sold. 
2.    E-mail to: keystonevh@gmail.com

A)    Name, address, phone number and your E-mail address.
B)    State that you would like to schedule a veterinary alternative/holistic consult.
C)    State exactly what your pet concerns are that you would like to discuss. (be specific) (also include name, breed, sex, age).

D)    Pick a date and time that you would prefer, and we will confirm with you via E-Mail, if we feel we can be of some help. We will reply either way.
E)    At the confirmed date and time you are instructed to go to the shop page to make your $125 credit card payment before calling us at 215.870.4063 for your (1) hour appointment.
F)    Following the (1) hour alternative/holistic consult, a brief summary with recommendations will be E-mailed to you. If after the scheduled consult, and the receiving of your emailed summary, if you need clarification, you may email your follow up question to KeystoneVH@gmail.com
