              A proprietary blend selected, proportioned and blended by Dr. Tierney and then prepared in individual batches with the full understanding of a need for consistency, ease to store and feed, a safe and nutritional additives that attempts to make available and with all intentions to enhance all nutritional requirements, to encourage a healthy life, supporting your pet's ability to grow, regulate, repair and defend while encouraging genetic longevity. 

Most of the ingredients used to make True Life Dog Food are produced by carefully producing a sterilized dry substrate from a whole food (many of which are organic) which takes place in a process below pasteurization temperature so that amino acids, minerals and enzymes are not destroyed and are available in their natural state to contribute to your pets nourishment.

TRUE LIFE DOG FOOD is a proprietary blend consisting of: 

​

•    New Zealand undenatured whey concentrate which is one of the most complete and biologically active forms of protein which is intended to supply essential and non-essential Amino Acids. Among the many needs of the body it supplies the essential Amino Acids for the formation of glutathione, a potent intracellular anti-oxidant.
•    Desiccated organ extracts from liver, adrenal, kidney, bone meal, spleen and stomach as well as rice bran, yeast, defatted wheat germ, pea vine juice and wheat germ oil collectively are all intended to supply vitamins A, B, C and E to support a healthy immune system.
•    Cold processed biologically active raw veal bone meal, trachea, perna canaliculus (green lipid muscle), calcium glycerol phosphate, magnesium lactate, manganese lactate, calcium lactate which are intended to supply minerals, protein and fats for the support of all joint, tendons, ligaments and associated tissues.
•    Alfalfa juice and kelp which is intended to supply minerals and protein.
•    Flaxseed Oil which is intended to supply fatty acids. (omega 3,6,9)

•    Silybum which is intended to supply botanicals that are expected to detox the liver of heavy metals, environmental toxins and allergens on a regular basis.
•    Desicated glandular from thyroid, thymus, adrenals, pituitary, hypothalamus and heart which are intended 'to supply protomorphogens for glandular support and glandular healing.

Steps to feed True Life Dog Food

​

2A. Add the appropriate body weight measured teaspoon amount of True Life
proprietary blend to raw or cooked hamburger meat (fresh) (raw is
preferred)

B. To estimate the amount of raw or cooked hamburger take 2% of your pet's
body weight to mix with the True Life proprietary blend dog food twice
daily.

C. The amount of hamburger is not a fixed requirement but merely an
acceptable estimated amount as a vehicle to mix the True Life dog food
for an easy, natural, nutritious and enjoyable feeding practice.
 

Note:

A. I strongly recommend to start and stay with hamburger as some
dogs are allergic to poultry.

B. If flatulence or even diarrhea occurs don't panic your dog may
have a protein digestive issue. It would be wise to give your dog
a raw or cooked hamburger test before purchasing and
embarking on the True Life diet. If raw or cooked hamburger is
ok then proceed to purchase and feed True Life dog food as
previously described.

C. After the diet has been established and you and your pet are
doing well, but you notice that your pet is hungry you could
satisfy this in the following ways. Start by adding an unlimited
amount of well boiled ground filler organic crucerferous food (cauliflower,
broccoli, brussel sprouts only) this can be prepared ahead of time
and kept in the refrigerator in Tupperware and offered at any time

in any amount. It can be added to the hamburger and True
Life dog food at each feeding as well. After a while, if hunger persist,

slowly and gradually raise the hamburger amount at each feeding

if you wish. Watch bowel movement consistancy to determine the

threshold of hamburger tolerance. An in depth discussion can be had

at any time, to discuss any questions you may have by making an appointment.

D. If you notice your dog is licking or scratching prior to starting
the True Life dog food they may have an allergy. If the allergy
is do to a prior commercial food or treat they will improve in
4-8 weeks providing no commercial food or treats are still being
offered. This does not include (Atopy) inhalant allergies. Further
resolutions can be obtained by making an appointment.

E. True Life dog food does not need to be refrigerated, but should
be kept in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight
with the lid tight.

Quinoa is a herbaceous annual plant grown for it's nutritious edible botanical seeds. Feed as is or cooked ( 1 cup Quinoa plus 1 3/4 cup of spring water simmer for 15 minutes, below 114 degrees F covered then allow spring water to evaporate. Feed or refridgerate until eaten. Evaluate feeding tolerance as it is a rich food source.
